The formats for which this is available:

• Feature Films
• TV Movies
• Television Drama Series

For foreign owned productions:

• The minimum South African Expenditure must be ZAR 12million
• A Minimum of 50% budget and 4 weeks principal photography to be done in South Africa
  

For official treaty Co-Productions and Local Productions:

• Total budget of ZAR2.5million and upwards
• 35% for the 1st ZAR6million
• 25% for the remaining qualifying budget
• Minimum of 50% and 2 weeks principal photography in South Africa
• Maximum rebate ZAR 10million
